The Yearning for Eden

Finding Stillness in this Chaos.

We live in a world that thrives on overstimulation—

Are you overstimuated? I am.

Fast-moving people, dead entertainment, burning schedules, and low-level conversations filled with enticing dark gossip that leaves us empty. The conversations that drain your soul, the artificial white lights that disrupt your rhythm, the nonstop information that keeps your mind racing when all you crave is

stillness.

You may not be imagining this. Some of us, maybe not all of us, are simply wired to feel more, sense more, experience more. Have we mistaken constant noise for normalcy? Are we so overstimulated we’ve forgotten what peace even feels like?

Choosing Life

If you’re someone who feels...deeply—who finds the world too loud, too fast—your peace isn’t a luxury. It’s likely a necessity. You weren’t built to sprint through this madness and chaos. You were made for peace, joy, depth, and rest.

Some of us were never designed for endless alerts, vibrating phones, over-scheduled calendars, or surface-level, low vibe connections. We were meant for the Eden—bare feet on the earth, sunlight on our skin, and communion with something greater than ourselves.

Cultivating Your Inner Garden, Your Eden

The garden isn’t a place. It’s a way of living—a space where your soul can breathe.

  • Clear Out Your Noise: Not from judgment, don't judge the people, but from a place of self-love and self-respect. It has nothing to do with them. If something leaves you drained—any people places or things, conversations, the content of life, —step back. Protect your energy. Slowly start to cut and rake out this content. Experiment with reducing the people, places, and things that drain you. You can start slow. No pressure here.

  • Nourish Your Inputs: Be intentional about what you consume—the media you watch, the processed food you eat, the people you keep close. Wake up...Feed your spirit with substance. Trust me: substance is available and will come to you more and more as you grow and develop yourself. Like attracts like.

  • Slow Down, On Purpose: The world rushes you, pushes you, forces you. You don’t have to fucking contend with this. Stop. Pause. Breathe. Find your own rhythm and honor it. Walk slowly. Get into your car slowly. Get out of bed slowly. Slow down, friend. Live mindfully and consciously. Take a breath—and Slow. Down.

  • Return to Nature: Step outside. Let the sun warm your skin. Feel the grass beneath you. Listen—nature is always inviting you back to yourself.

  • Trust Your Sensitivity: It’s not a flaw. It’s your compass. The depth you feel is your greatest strength. Guard it and follow it, trusting in its still small voice.

  • Accept Your Sensitivity: This is your gift. You were created to feel all the things—to experience life by feeling your way through it. Don’t push it down or ignore this essence, this anointing you were given by God. Your sensitivity is your superpower, and when it's honored, guarded, and allowed to curate your life, you. will. start. thriving.

The world won’t stop its pace—but you can choose to live mindfully. Consider choosing stillness over erratic living. Presence over chronic distraction. Yummy nourishment over self-deprecating depletion.

Tend to your Eden, your curated garden, and transform your world—because what is in the garden? Utopia. I think this is where the Divine is... waiting for your attention. He loves you and is waiting for you. And, I would wonder if at the end of the day, that is what we are looking for anyway.

 Welcome home.
